Well, I bought 2 actually with 2 side lights because that's how it came.<br />It is certainly a lot whiter (definitely not blue which I don't want anyway) and a bit crisper but I can't say it gives much more in range.<br />I'd had emailed Philips before I bought the Ultra but didn't get a reply until after I bought it.
