hi zaddict the best way i found was to take a part off the bike and if you have a paint supplier they can match it its a bugger ,

i got the black one in 2013 and the other in 2019 both under 5 thousand miles still very pretty

well i measured the d1 black tank that came on the bike and its 15 mm the same as the early tank so im confused what is different ,a while ago on ebay a company was selling pattern rubbers for 91/ 94 models i gave him the frame no and he said that part wont fit mine he could not measure the thicknes...
