I would clean the plugs again and take it for a good run. Starting it for a few minutes is not really a good idea. If you are going to run it you need to get it thoroughly up to temp and running without choke. If you're still having problems with sooty plugs, check the Pilot screws, they can vibrate...

Some idiot, had fitted the spring & seal in the Master cylinder upside down. So Rear Brake Caliper & Master cylinder rebuilt. Swing arm, Foot rest Holders & Rear Caliper painted. Brakes bled just need to reconnect the Brake light & adjust the chain.

Spent the afternoon trying to bleed the rear brake. For some reason its not happening.

Can't remember the length but they went in with the standard spacer. I've got the original springs in the Hagon box somewhere, i'll dig it out and see if there's any info.

Hi Dave Does your second post mean you have sorted it by using 130mm spacers or that the standard spacers are 130mm. If it is still too stiff Thinner oil may help. The stiffer Hagon springs I have fitted to my D1 are supposed to be used with 7.5 weight oil. The air gap can also makes a difference. A...
