Anyone know if my 1995 Zephyr 550cc is going to be E10 compliant?

Same question really but for my 550. In the manual it says to use, SAE 10W40, 10W50, 20W40 or 20W50 and grade SE, SF or SG motor oil. This may be obvious to some but sadly I'm just a little confused. HELP!

Any reccomendations for which clutch fluid for my 1995 550 ?

Maybe it's just my age but I'm finding this seat 'literally', a pain in the arse. Any ideas on a more comfortable seat that would be a straight forward fit?
