Been out for a ride, trying out the new seat cover.

Looks good, you can't beat 4 exhaust pipes.

Does the battery have enough juice, are all the connectors clean, particularly any earths.

If still no spark you may have to break out the multimeter & fault find.

I used to wear eye plugs, but had to stop because I kept crashing in to things

The baffles have been removed. Someone has physical cut out the baffles. There was a thing for modifying the exhausts to make them louder at one time. The old Zephyr Zone had a few posts showing how to do it. There not supposed to be removable, they have to be cut & drilled out. Not sure what yo...

Looks nice, good colour & sensible Mods.
The shocks look like they are off a ZRX1200. This is a reasonably common upgrade on the originals, as they are basically a more modern version of the same shock. Can be rebuilt if necessary

Just changed the Rubber Boot on the gear linkage. Couldn't find a Kawasaki one but there is a Honda part that seems to fit.
