the front Sprocket was changed from C4 to C5. Both are for 525 Chain, also the Gear tooth forming. The difference is in the width of the of the Gear tooth fomrming that fits on the Transmission shaft. hope this is half way understandable - my English is very poor :( :roll: if you look at the picture...

There where C-Models (3-Spokes Aluminium Wheels) and D-Models (Spoke Wheels) C1 = 1991 C2= 1992 C3= 1993 C4= 1994 C5= 1995 D1= 1996 D2= 1997 But you cant put a general Frontier, especially 95/96 - in a short period they yoused the Parts they had ..... :evil: Over the Years there were several Modific...

no there shouldn't be a gap - but your Yoke is ok, looks like every other one from a 1100! as is see you use ab aftermarket seal with a thin Steel plate on the bottom. the inner Diameter of this seal is to small so it won't fit the collar of the Yoke. the OEM part has a bitter inner diameter and is ...

and to the Part numbers:
Problem is that they cant be found because Kawasaki tried to fix the Problem with other Parts and the took the old number out of the Program but the didn't set the new one in....
if anyone knows the Numbers it would be nice to post it for all to save the knowledge ;9

as i Know you don't need to empty the Cranckcase - Cams an Cranckshaft can last in the Engine if you open it from the down side. You need to open the Oil pan, get the Oil Pump and the Oil-Pump plate out and then you can open the Cranckcase. Then you need to get out the Transmission and you need to C...

there is a Tuning Report for the Zephyr 750 existing, written by a Guy from Austria who has tried several combinations and Stages of Tuning.
Maximum Power were 93 Horsepowers at the Rear Wheel.
