Speedo installed. I leave room for another meter. I'd like to have innovative dual afr meter, but let's see. Oil temperature meter is another possibility.

New headlamp bracket is finding it's form.

Brackets that I had before, are not suitable with tapering fork shape. Forks are 60mm from lower triple, and 54mm from upper.
That bracket is 2mm stainless steel and it's very firm.

I got call from my wheel supplier. Wheels are ready to pickup, only problem is that I have been north of Finland over two weeks. My next trip to South of Finland is end of next week, so I will pick them up then.
Heat is building.

Got wheels yesterday. I'm happy with the result.
Now it's time to make bushings and brake disk adapters.
Also front brake calipers has good clearance to spokes, what I has afraid of.

Finally got material for bushings and new bearings for rear wheel. Had to make also that long bushing, what goes inside wheel.

KTM hub has two bearings in cushdrive, and no seal at all. I changed them to one bigger bearing and leave room for seal.
Hopefully I have time to turn rest of bushings end of the week.
I'm also changing chains from 530 to 520, because I can't find 530 rear sprocket to ktm hub, but 520 front sprocket is available in japanwebike.
That way I have many choices for rear sprocket size. Japanwebike have 15, 16 and 17 fronts, and some of them are offset sprockets, so better possibility to get chain line straight.
And newest did 520 zvmx chains is stronger than some 530 chains. Haven't ordered front yet, need to see chain line first, if I need offset model.

Time was not at my side, and I managed to made only two bushing. Front is now ok, and waiting for the brake disk spacers. Rear is more complicated, chain line needs to move to left, so that rim center lines up. I made one spacer that goes inside cushdrive, and when I get that offline front sprocket, I can make outer ones.

Then I was thinking that, did I mess up cushdrive bearing. Now when there is only one (bigger) bearing, it sits off chain line and chain pulling force might be too much for it. Sealing need some investigation if I go back to two bearing mode. I checked ktm part diagram and found that it should have some kind of very thin washer what acts like a seal.

Brake disk spacers done. My cutting blade was bad shape or then I just didn't know what I'm doing. Either way I needed to finish one side by hand.
