hi I'm in the uk I have noticed some 750 with side reflectors on these just in front of the cam cover ,do they use the frame holes that the oil cooler bolt on ,and is it just the American market thanks ,david

There are brackets on the frame and rear fender specifically for these side reflectors. In the US the side lamps are mandatory for cars and (at least reflectors) for motorcycle
