powder coating with NO compressor or applicator gun!. one will need a 4 inch 15mm copper pipe a blow gun some party balloons masking tape and powder. strip some copper wire hang your cleaned part in your oven at 180c until hot then hang on the washing line.( the gun ) cut up into small peases a plastic milk botel stand the copper pipe on a pease of steel fill the pipe halfway with the milk bottle chippings place in the oven for 30 minutes allow to cool drill the plastic to fit your blowgun squash the other end of the pipe blow your balloon up fit it to the blowgun and tape it, put a tablespoon of powder in the palm of your hand and gently blow the powder onto your hot part put it back in the oven at 180c for 25 minute. so through the nasty ratel cans in the bin, your oven will be unaffected, there is NO smell, never forget when watching youtube=when one finds one's self in a gold rush be in the pick and shovel Bisnis ie they want to sell you everything. if the part will fit in your oven it can be done in this manner you will find that the parts you can't-do are wheels swingarm and frame. hope that helps good luck, Willy ps you can just poot the pipe in your mouth and blow it is simpler to control that way. powder £15.00 on eBay
