Most riding I do is commuting to and from work. I ride any day I don't have to do school drop-off or pickup, and I'll ride in rain and cold......if I have to. It's got some rural road, some highway and some urban. For fun there's pretty much one bloke I ride with who's about my age (early 40's) and rides a nut-bolt restored '79 Suzuki 1000GS. We don't 'push' each other so much as the follower is always trying to keep up with the leader lol. But we both have families we want to go home to so we're not silly. It's all about the twisties for both of us - nice rural roads. Occaisionally we do an overnighter down to northern NSW for the roads. Round trip usually in the 1000/1200k mark over two days. We stop for fuel and that's it lol, maybe lunch. Not like all the Harleys parked at every cafe!!
