1100 clutch plates

Still having trouble with my clutch, which way do they go in ? All in a row ? Or with the last plate one notch out ?

If I leave the bike for a week . It just seizes up and I have to take the clutch apart and prize all the plates apart. Theres definitely travel in the clutch push rod when I pull the clutch leaver as I can see it move when all apart.
