So I'm not a metallurgist, anyone know if the 96 ZR550 downpipes are stainless or mild steel? Almost finished stripping the crud and grimey powder coat of them and they look in ok condition underneat (so far). If they're stainless ill polish them up and leave them but if mild ill need to recoat or replace. Any ideas?
