Hello from NJ. My question is can a resistor plug be used in a 91 550 ?

Any special reason you want to do this for? Our iginition hasn't been developed for this type of plug and you probably will end up with a less powerfull spark as part of the energy is absorbed by the resistor. It will do no real harm though but if your engine will run the same is another question. So why not just try and let us know the result?

Well before I found a manual, I asked a ( dealer ) for new plugs and that is what they sold me. It is just to far away for me to return them ans was just wondering . Thanks
