Here is a before shot, and a couple of other shots...
Pretty much everything apart from the motor was replaced. Here's a summary:
- The 4 into 1 Outex exhaust, front and rear guards, seat, decals, badges, disc rotors came from Webike in Japan
- The all-metal halogen headlight came from Germany
- The braided brake lines, throttle, choke and clutch cables also came from Webike in japan
- The oil cooler cover came from the UK
- The Hagon front progressive springs, and rear nitrogen filled shocks came from the UK. the rear shocks were a custom order
- It has a Sigma 6 stage one jet kit from the USA
- It has NOS controls, ignition locks, and heaps of NOS parts (bolts, tubes etc) all from CMS in the netherlands
- I replaced all of the engine and carby screws/bolts with hex bolts from weblike as well
- Hidden away under the airbox is a screaming banshee airhorn for pedestrians and cager's (

I spent far too much, way more than the original bike cost, but nearly 10 years on I'm pretty happy with the result.
The Outex exhaust is pretty cool as you can swap out the baffles depending on how loud you want the bike to be. I have a video of the different notes here:
https://youtu.be/5G83ec4z3NIThe motor is good but when it gets a bit tired I'll be rebuilding it, most likely bored out a bit with a cam. Definitely vapour blasting the casing this time, not just paint.
Cheers,
Pete.
