Thank you sir.
My "man cave" is quite small and full of stuff that I don't want to throw away. And lathe isn't mine, I just have opportunity to used it.

Today I have been "clockin" spacers and disks. It seems that wheel isn't absolutely straight, and I have been sanding spacers so that they match to the wheel. I don't want to turn that wheel on lathe, cos I will probably destroy it.
I get 0.02mm run out on spacers, but disk have still 0.08 mm run out. Let's see how it goes.

Made some progress, but haven't posted anything because of the forum admin issue. If forum dies, I have all of my post in word document and I think I will post it to "dotheton" forum, in cafe racer projects section.

What is happened after last post, I have installed tires, made rear wheel bushings, figured cushdrive bearings, made some chaingurd parts for my new sprocet cover and installed all these.

That bushing over clutch rod, is copied from aussie forum, there is one guy who is making very good looking zephyr.

Cushdrive bearing is now back to double bearing mode, but it's now different, there is one thicker bearing and above that is original size bearing, so upper bearing is is showing 4mm outside of it's bore. To that I installed sleeve where goes also seal. Upper bearing half point is inside it's bore, so bore edges should take the stress.

Wheel balancing with painted adapters. 20g was needed.
Rotors trued now 0.05 and 0.07mm, so painting didn't do too much problem.

Black widow exhaust arrived ... not very happy at first. There was some alignment issues, like they don't have good jig or what ever what they are using to build the pipes. But biggest thing was that the collector pipe was dummy, ie. not bored trough main pipe. I contact them and they said that their pipe is like that, sound's odd to me.
Anyway, they where willing to take it back and refund whole price, but then what, I haven't found any other two sided headers. So i ask them for little discount, and got some.
Ok, so now I have cut collector pipe, so I can bore holes to main pipe. That went well and it was good thing also for alignment, cos now it's possible to enlarge distance between mufflers.
Mufflers will hit swingarm if let stock.

Oh, and there was discussion in another thread that this collector pipe is giving hard time to change oil filter.
I can say that it's not issue whit 1100. Is far behind oil filter.

I also ordered more keihin jets to richen air/fuel mixture.

There was more text, but it get lost in the bytes of heaven.

Main thing that was lost, is that I do like bw headers looking, and they where very helpful and this was my decision to keep this set and fix it myself.
So I'm quite happy with the result.

Need to take pictures from pipes when got home at the end of this week.
