Stupid question, does the zephyr 550 have a headlight relay? My bike was a basket case and I changed to a front led projector light with a high and low beam. Sometime the high beam doesn’t turn on and need to jump it with another positive wire then I hear a click from the fuse box area and it Turns on. I don’t know what the click is but it sound like a relay. I only have a turn signal relay ( turn signals are led upgrade and working properly ) , starter relay and fuse box which could be possibly clicking. Any ideas?

Where are you located??

In the US motorcycles by law have the headlamp on... always, there is not switch, only low/hi beam switch. There is a relay in the fuse box that turns the headlamp on automatically after the engines catches (alternator spinning fast enough to provide electrical energy). But this is only to provide power to the headlamp. It has nothing to do with hi/low beam controlled by manual switch.
