Just looking at the cost of gasket sets and the gt550 or the gpz550 are cheaper than the zr550. Surely the head and base gaskets are the same as well as most of the other gaskets?

ah hi trever yes in a perfect world yes i would use cmsl and check the part no dont be tempted to go cheap or you might be doing the job twice

You can also order from you local Kawasaki dealer. Ours still has the old fiche machine and staff old enough to remember how it works.

I use gen head and base gaskets only, pattern are not worth the risk.
