Unfortunately if its slipping out then the damage is already done. The problem of it coming out of gear occurs when the gear selection cassette gets damaged and allows the forks to move. In the Zephyr 1100's case there is a corner in one of the channels that breaks away. Thats an engine out job :-/ ...
