Ahh the classic "I'll just check..." and you end up completely rebuilding it!
Think we've all been guilty of that one.
Head looks good and will breathe nicely with the ports polished, and be interested to see how your powder coating goes

That's about it.
At first, I thought that I make some post of all steps, so there would been more story of each step. But I was lazy and kind of depressed.
Next valve cover, carbs with new ritcher needles, and then that top yoke powdering. I'm afraid of that, need to practice some another aluminium part.

Yeah Eddie. That was the case. I start to check valve clearances and some strange happened that I decided to take head off, and there you go......

Thanks Silvercap.
Today I finally powder coated top yoke. I made lot's of practice pieces, and there is always orange peel, no matter how I cure them in owen. And how much powder on. I decide that if it goes to hell, I sand and polish it, but I was forced to apply quite thick layer because of those openings, and it was better than my many practice parts.
I'm quite pleased. Not going to redo.

One more.
This is good setup, if I ditch afr gauge some point, Speedo looks good in the middle.

Also replaced ignition wiring.

I was going to sleep, when I remembered that I have lowered the tank, so decided to test that can I rise it back to original position, yes I can, and also maybe trim little bit of my steering stoppers.
So my cad design was succes.
